American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company currently seeking motivated equipment operators to assist our Greencastle, PA, location. The Cherry Picker / High-Reach Forklift Operator is responsible for operating an order picker forklift to accurately scan, pick, pull, and stage products in a high-bay warehouse environment.
This role involves working at elevated heights that can reach 70+ feet within the racking system, ensuring bin accuracy, SKU integrity, and adherence to all safety protocols. Operators will move materials between inbound, outbound, and staging areas based on shift assignments and workflow needs. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Operate a cherry picker/order picker forklift for order selection and product movement.
  • Work at heights that may reach 70+ feet while maintaining safety and focus.
  • Scan SKUs and manage bin locations using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
  • Ensure bin accuracy, product identification, and proper placement within designated racks.
  • Transport materials to staging, outbound, or inbound lanes or areas as directed.
  • Follow all site safety and operational protocols, including daily equipment checks.
  • Support inventory control and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Available shifts:
Schedule A: Sun–Wed, 5 pm-3:30 am

Schedule B: Wed–Sat, 5 pm-3:30 am

Pay rate:

$22/hr (weekly pay)

Requirements

  • Forklift operating experience required.
  • Forklift certification will be completed on-site.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Must be comfortable working at 70+ foot heights (no fear of heights).
  • Basic knowledge of RF scanning / WMS systems preferred.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to follow directions and safety standards.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Employer participates in E-Verify.
