  • Submit completed job reports, photos, and invoices in a timely manner.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Direct, train, and support crew members and machine operators to ensure consistent performance and safety.

  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and high morale across the field team.

  • Enforce company policies, job standards, and safety procedures on every job site.

Equipment & Site Management

  • Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of all equipment including skid steers, tractors, mowers, and other heavy machinery.

  • Identify equipment or material needs and communicate them to management in advance.

  • Conduct basic troubleshooting or coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within landscaping, construction, or vegetation management industries.

  • Strong working knowledge of heavy equipment, lawn and land clearing machinery, and large-scale property maintenance operations.

  • Proven ability to lead crews effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Experience working on government or municipal contracts preferred.

  • Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred but not mandatory.
