About Us

We are a growing nationwide HVAC provider specializing in large commercial HVAC projects, residential multi-family developments, and high-end luxury homes.

We are opening our new headquarters in Toms River, NJ, and seeking a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to build and lead our entire HVAC sales division from the ground up.

Position Overview

This is an in-house, on-site role at our Toms River office.

You are not stepping into an existing team — you will build the entire national sales organization from zero, including:

  • VP(s) of Sales
  • Sales Managers
  • Sales Reps
  • All systems & processes
  • National market expansion strategy

If you cannot build a sales force from scratch, this role is not for you.

Requirements (Read Carefully)

  • Must work full-time in our Toms River, NJ office
  • 100% commission only
  • Company does NOT provide leads
  • You AND everyone you hire must have your own lead network
  • Must self-generate large HVAC opportunities
  • No base salary, no draw, no reimbursements
  • Commissions paid only when a job is completed and paid in full
  • Experience closing major HVAC projects required

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a nationwide HVAC sales force
  • Recruit all sales reps, managers, and VPs
  • Close major HVAC contracts:
  • Large commercial
  • Residential multi-family
  • Luxury residential ($400K–$1M+ per project)
  • Set pricing strategies and ensure strong profit margins
  • Establish sales systems and accountability
  • Set up Zoho CRM specifically for HVAC workflows

Experience Needed

  • Proven track record closing large HVAC projects
  • Experience building a multi-layered sales organization
  • Strong HVAC industry contacts (your own pipeline)
  • Ability to scale quickly and operate in a high-performance role
  • Strong CRM (Zoho) capability

Compensation

  • Uncapped commission
  • Annual earning potential: $750,000 – $2,000,000+
  • Override income on all reps, managers, and VPs you build

Performance determines income — this is a role for elite producers only.
