We're a small business trying to scale from "everyone loves our cookies" to "everyone is buying our cookies."
We need someone who can help take us from hidden gem → fully booked → consistently hitting $10K+ months.
And we're not looking for a coffee-fetcher.
We're looking for a co-strategist, a creative thinker, a "let me try this idea real quick" kind of person.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build a real marketing plan that can be used every single week
Develop social media content that actually converts — not just gets likes
Deploy engagement strategies to grow a loyal, active customer base
Track metrics, test ideas, identify what works & what doesn't
Help craft campaigns for launches, pop-ups, online sales & seasonal events
Work directly with the business owner (who is fun, driven, and wildly motivated to scale FAST)
WHAT YOU GET (Besides cookies)
