Job Title Data Governance Lead Data Governance Specialist

Location Jersy City, NJ

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Governance Specialist with strong expertise in Collibra and experience across key areas such as Data Quality Data Masking MDM and Data Lineage The ideal candidate will have handson experience with Collibra implementations and integrations and familiarity with tools like Satori DQ Labs and Stibo Prior experience in the insurance domain particularly PC is a plus

Primary Skills

Strong knowledge of Data Governance principles and practices

Handson experience with Collibra including

Data cataloging and metadata management

Creating and maintaining data dictionaries

Designing and implementing workflows using Collibra Workflow Designer

Working knowledge of writing custom Groovy Java code for data governance tasks in Collibra

Developing and integrating Collibra APIs with other systems using RESTful services

Implementing AIdriven workflows for automated classification tagging and metadata enrichment

Experience in establishing data lineage across platforms such as Snowflake SQL Server and Power BI

Lead and support Data Governance initiatives using Collibra and related tools

Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure effective implementation of governance policies

Develop and maintain metadata repositories data catalogs and lineage documentation

Integrate Collibra with enterprise systems and support automation of governance workflows

Secondary Skills

Familiarity with Satori Stibo and DQ Labs

Experience in Master Data Management MDM Data Quality and Data Masking

Exposure to the insurance domain particularly PC Insurance is a plus

Soft Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills experience working with crossfunctional teams and presenting to leadership

Strong ability to work with client stakeholders

Benefits

Compensation range: $100,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
