Tamarindo Del Mar opened our doors in March 2021 and has been very successful for 3 years. We recently made some promotions and now looking for another manager to join our squad.
Senior Manager is to work: 5 - 8 hour shifts each week, 40 hour work weeks + Bonus every month off monthly sales.
The ideal candidate will be a hardworking team player with a dedication to assisting the food and beverage team and be the best they can be by providing our guests with exceptional service. We want a manager who truly cares about the people he works with and their development and strives for continuous improvement. Happy people only.

$65,000-$70,000 Yearly/ includes estimated monthly bonuses
Hourly Base Rate: $
Duties will include and not limited to:
-running the floor during operating hours
-supervising staff both front and back of the house
-managing the flow of service and standards of the restaurant
-addressing any customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
-administrative duties tasked by the General Manager
-evaluates and appraises performance of subordinate employees. Regularly provides employees with positive and/or negative feedback regarding performance. Appropriately rewards, coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees. Properly documents performance related issues (i.e. guest comments, verbal or written warnings, awards and achievements). Adheres to applicable company policies and procedures and applicable federal and state laws.
-you will be required from time to time to pick up tables if needed
-at busy times, should be able to cover any position of the restaurant
