Daytime Dishwasher

Lucille is looking to hire a part-time dishwasher to join our Team

Hourly Compensation:

We support a shared tip pool across ALL hourly employees that are not in a management or supervisory role. This includes the following roles: counters, expos, runners, bussers, hosts, servers, bartenders, bar prep barbacks, cooks, prep cooks and dishwashers.

ALL hourly workers will be guaranteed a total compensation of AT LEAST $16/hour, which will be determined on weekly payroll. Lucille will pay the difference in compensation to ensure that all meet this minimum standard.

Job Description:

• Be responsible for managing your schedule properly. Displays reliability in attending scheduled shifts, and notify manager properly when unable to attend a shift.
• Carefully wash and organize dishes. Restock dishes in their designated areas as needed.
• Remove full bus tubs from bussing stations and replenish with empty, clean bus tubs and sani buckets as needed.
• Responsible for the removal of all trash and recycling at the end of shift, and during when possible.
• Sweeping and mopping dish area as well as the steps leading down to dish area.
• Assist with putting away any kitchen deliveries as needed.

Qualifications:

• All applicants are expected to consistently work with intent.
• Must be punctual and on time. Must abide by Lucille's shift coverage policy. Good attendance is a MUST
• This job requires someone who is clean, organized, and detail-oriented.
• PM shifts available throughout the week, weekend availability is a must.
• This position is physical. Applicants must have the ability to carry up to 50lbs up and down flights of stairs.
• Must have the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

Tarifa por hora:

Usamos un sistema de propinas compartidas por todos nuestros empleados por hora que no forman parte de una posición supervisora o de gerente. Descripción de la posición de trabajo:

• Lavar y organizar platos con cuidado. Reponer platos en sus áreas designadas cuando sea necesario.
• Retirar las palanganas llenas de las estaciones de limpieza y cambiar los platos por vajillas limpias, limpiar las palanganas y sanitizar los baldes cuando sea necesario.
• Ser responsable por retirar toda basura y reciclaje al final de su turno y durante cuando sea posible.
• Barrer y fregar el área de los platos y las escaleras que dan paso al área de los platos.
• Asistir con el proceso de organizar las entregas de ingredientes y utensilios de cocina cuando sea necesario.

Requisitos:

• Se espera que los aplicantes trabajen consistentemente y con afán.
• Debe ser puntual.
• Limpio, organizado y detallista.
• Turnos de noche disponibles durante la semana y disponibilidad de fin de semana.
• La posición requiere esfuerzo físico. Los aplicantes deben ser capaces de cargar hasta 50 lbs y usar las escaleras mientras lo hacen.
• Debe tener la habilidad de trabajar independientemente y manejar su tiempo de manera efectiva.
