Responsibilities and Skills:
- Diagnose, evaluate, and repair major components of heavy-duty trucks and equipment
- Perform comprehensive DOT inspections and preventive maintenance services
- Execute electronic repairs and advanced engine diagnostic procedures
- Maintain quality standards and follow safety protocols consistently
- Document work performed and communicated effectively with service advisors
- Support team operations and assist with training newer technicians
Must Haves:

- Self-starter with attention to detail - You take pride in quality work
- High level of professionalism - You represent Wiers with integrity
Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid driver's license (CDL certification preferred)
- 3 years minimum of Diesel Technician experience REQUIRED
- ASE Certifications preferred (PM, Brakes, Electrical, etc.)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to perform repair work and lift heavy components
