Personal Assistant & Digital Coordinator

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

This role supports the management and growth of multiple ventures, including a residential building company, a record label, and an online retail store.

Digital Marketing & Content:

  • Manage and maintain all social media accounts across platforms, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve online visibility and drive traffic for the online retail store and other web properties.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and social media metrics.
  • Utilize AI tools and platforms to assist with content generation, research, and efficiency improvements.
  • Assist in or lead website design and maintenance projects (Platform experience a plus, but not required).

Administrative & Financial Support:

  • Manage, track, and reconcile expenses for multiple business entities.
  • Organize and maintain digital files, contracts, and business documents.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle professional correspondence.
  • Act as a professional liaison between the entrepreneur and various internal and external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications):

  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Social Media & SEO Mastery: Deep understanding and practical experience in growing and monetizing social media accounts and optimizing content for search engines.
  • Strong People Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally and build rapport with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Proficiency in AI Tools: Demonstrable experience using current AI tools (e.g., for content, research, or productivity).
  • Website Design Aptitude: Basic to intermediate knowledge of website design principles and platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace)

Additional Skills

We are also looking for someone with videographer skills, music production in engineering, as well as musicians.
