Multiple Opportunities
We are currently hiring for two separate COO positions - one in Assisted Living and one in Skilled Nursing. Hands-on operations leaders with either ALF and SNF experience are encouraged to apply.

Role Description

These are full-time, on-site roles for a Chief Operating Officer in the Long Term Care sector, overseeing operations in multiple states across the US. Travel is necessary. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee daily operations, implement business strategies, streamline processes, and ensure the highest level of efficacy within the organization. This role includes managing business planning, operational workflows, financial performance, budgeting, and fostering an environment of collaboration to achieve the organization's objectives. The COO will also work closely with senior leadership to guide the organization's vision and strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Planning and the strategic development of operational plans
  • Expertise in Operations Management, ensuring efficiency and productivity across teams
  • Proficient Analytical Skills, with the ability to evaluate data to drive decisions
  • Knowledge of Finance and Budgeting for strategic resource allocation and cost management
  • Proven leadership capabilities, effective communication skills, and team-building experience
  • Adept at fostering organizational growth, navigating challenges, and aligning teams with company objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in a healthcare leadership role, in either Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing
