Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Productionleader to complete daily operations within our uniform processing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and carrying out production activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed, maintaining high-quality standards, and opening and closing procedures. This role requires an ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment. Mechanical knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize customer accounts and inventory for processing, while maintaining accurate counts and quality.
  • Coordinate with Floor Supervisor and manager to prioritize accounts for processing.
  • Operate a forklift and other plant production equipment.
  • Receive and stock deliveries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Responsible for opening and closing procedures.
  • Preform minor repairs on equipment to keep production going.

Skills

  • Familiar with handling customer products and inventory management.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate a forklift.
  • Must speak English.
  • bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
