WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

As our Sr. Administrative Assistant, you will work with a diverse set of individuals, teams, and functions across the organization. This role reports directly to a Senior Director of Global Apparel and supports a total of three Senior Directors and their teams.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a Sr. Administrative Assistant: Global Apparel Product Creation who has a proven track record of working in a fast-paced, results-focused environment. You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. You take initiative and follow through on requests until completion, with keen attention to detail.

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative work experience preferred
  • Ability to work and communicate optimally with various team members including senior-level executives
  • Proven track record working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, team environment with oftentimes high levels of ambiguity and independence with varying working hours
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and appropriately handle highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Proficient in Keynote, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Proven ability to take initiative, follow through on requests until completion, and use keen attention to detail
  • Experience working with budgets is strongly preferred
  • Ability to occasionally work outside of core business hours

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As a key member of the Global Apparel team, you will perform a wide range of administrative duties, including complex calendar management for multiple leaders, booking travel, coordinating meetings and events, producing, editing and reformatting documents and correspondence; preparing expense reports and purchase orders; coordinating department or equipment moves; managing equipment orders for new hires and equipment return for exiting employees and providing support to a large diverse team of people with a variety of management styles.

This opportunity also involves using Google Suite, Slack, and MS Office 365. You may use your digital literacy to create and edit Keynote presentations often under tight timeframes. In addition, you'll prepare special reports requiring the selection of relevant information from a variety of sources, incorporating that information into sophisticated Excel spreadsheets. You may also be required to maintain ongoing reports or databases, department websites, distribution lists, shared drives, and SharePoint sites.
