Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement.
  • Upsell products by understanding customer preferences and suggesting complementary items.
  • Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring shelves are stocked.
  • Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred, showcasing your ability to drive sales.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
  • Supervising experience is a plus, as you may assist in training new associates.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to better serve our diverse customer base.
  • Familiarity with merchandising techniques and stocking procedures is essential.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a Furniture store environment.
  • Enthusiasm for learning about new products and sharing that knowledge with customers.
