VIP Client Manager
Overview:
Regon Capital is a hospitality investment group with a portfolio of premier nightlife and entertainment venues. We are seeking a VIP Client Manager to lead the development and execution of our high-value customer relationship strategy at our nightclub near Times Square. This role oversees the full lifecycle of our VIP experience. The ideal candidate combines hospitality intuition with CRM and analytics expertise to deepen loyalty, drive revenue, and deliver a world-class guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a detailed VIP CRM with personal info, visit history, preferences, and social tags
- Create and manage tier levels based on spending and engagement
- Build perks for each tier like priority bookings, discounts, birthday benefits, and personalized touches
- Assign dedicated hosts/managers to key VIP accounts
- Handle holiday and birthday outreach, reminders, invitations, and gifting
- Manage exclusive event access for top-tier clients
- Track ARPU, repeat rate, churn, and other key metrics
- Use predictive tools to identify churn risk and recommend promos or upgrades
- Coordinate with security, service, and entertainment for smooth VIP arrivals
- Track and reward referrals and brand ambassador activity
- Manage CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- Maintain live dashboards for activity, sales, and retention trends
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality or nightlife.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
- Strong command of CRM software and data analytics tools.
- Proven ability to build client loyalty programs and drive measurable revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- High emotional intelligence and discretion in managing VIP clientele.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70, $80,000.00 per year
