Responsibilities:

  • Implementing Behavior Plans - Following the behavior intervention plan designed by the supervising BCBA to address behavioral challenges and teach new skills.
  • Data Collection- Recording accurate and objective data on client behaviors and skills during therapy sessions.
  • Skill Acquisition - Assisting in teaching individuals new skills such as communication and socialization.
  • Collaboration - Working closely with the BCBA, assistant analyst and other team members and caregivers to ensure continuity of care and consistency in interventions.
  • Documentation - Maintaining detailed records as required by regulations ad organizational policies.
  • Professionalism - Adhering to ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding professional conduct in al interactions with clients and colleages.
  • Training - Participating in ongoing training and supervision provided by the BCBA to enhance skills, knowledge, and competency in behavior analysis techniques.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Must already be an RBT/ABAT with some experience
  • Must be at least nineteen years of age.
  • Precise attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in active environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • RBT certification in good standing
  • At least one year of experience as an RBT
