Harrington Process Solutions is expanding — and we're excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Distribution Center in Pittston, Pennsylvania This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in supporting our expanding operations. The Inventory Controller is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting high-visibility projects, and ensuring smooth warehouse and supply chain operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and a hands-on approach to warehouse activities.

What You'll Be doing

• Maintain accurate inventory records, including customer-owned materials stored by Harrington.
• Lead management of inventory movement between physical and virtual system warehouses to support critical, high-visibility projects.
• Regularly interface with DC team, sales teams, Buyers, and Supply Chain leaders.
• Participate in receiving and shipping transactions to support project needs.
• Implement cycle counts according to the DC Manager's schedule.
• Process the open transfer report weekly.
• Process the open order report for the DC bi-monthly.
• Perform daily inventory report processing.
• Assist with warehouse operational functions as needed, including pick, pack, putaway, shipping, and receiving.

What You'll Bring

• Basic computer skills, including email and MS Office applications.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
