About Us

Titan Recovery Centers provides evidence-based outpatient treatment for individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) and IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) offer structure, support, and clinically driven care in a compassionate environment.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and professional Group Facilitator to lead therapeutic and psychoeducational groups within our PHP/IOP programs. The ideal candidate is engaging, empathetic, and skilled in maintaining a supportive and structured group environment.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate group sessions focused on psychoeducation, process, relapse prevention, coping skills, CBT/DBT-informed skills, and life skills
  • Lead groups in accordance with program curriculum and clinical best practices
  • Manage group dynamics and maintain a safe, therapeutic atmosphere
  • Complete accurate and timely group documentation
  • Collaborate with therapists and the treatment team to support client goals
  • Assist with client engagement, crisis support, and promoting program participation
  • Attend staff meetings, trainings, and case consultations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, Behavioral Science, or related field
  • OR
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Behavioral Science, or related field
  • Experience facilitating groups in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage diverse group dynamics and maintain professional boundaries
  • CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
  • Must pass background check and meet Nevada health facility requirementsPreferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in PHP/IOP outpatient programs
  • Familiarity with CBT, DBT, MI, and trauma-informed practices
  • Experience supporting individuals with co-occurring disorders
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
