Pay

Schedule
- Monday-Friday; between the hours of 7am-5pm (exact hours TBD)

Position Summary:
- We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for effectively communicating with customers and internal personnel to ensure all customer needs are met. This role is primarily office-based but requires regular movement throughout the plant to deliver paperwork and monitor product inventory.
Requirements:
- Past customer service/office experience of at least 2 years
- High level computer skills with Microsoft office
- Ability to work in a cross departmental role
- Superior organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Able to pass background check / Hair follicle drug test
Responsibilities:
Coordinate information of customer needs between multiple departments and in systems. Assist, support, and train co-workers on process flow and customer needs/versus system options to provide resolution to issues or address concerns. Maintain positive relationships both internally and externally understanding overall company goals.
- Manage, organize, maintain, and update relevant data using database applications
- Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally
- Interpret instructions and issues, and then implement actions to address/correct
- Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision-making by others
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities
This is not an all elusive description as this position is very dynamic and works in all departments of the business.
