Your Role with Us:

As a Junior Project Manager, you will be an integral part of our project management team, gaining hands-on experience from day one. You will assist in bringing our complex structural steel projects to life, from the award phase through successful completion. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of structural steel projects.
  • Helping to manage critical project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and schedules.
  • Supporting clear and effective communication between the office, field crews, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Tracking project progress, costs, and resources to ensure we stay on budget and on schedule.
  • Aiding in our unwavering commitment to quality control and safety compliance on all project sites.
  • Attending project meetings and contributing to regular status reports for stakeholders.

Who We're Looking For:

We are looking for a dedicated individual who is eager to learn and grow. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1+ years of experience in a construction coordination, field, or engineering role (internship experience is valued). Experience in steel fabrication or structural construction is a significant advantage.
  • A basic ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential; familiarity with project management software is a strong plus.
