In this role, you'll manage incoming service tickets, coordinate technical resources, and maintain clear communication throughout the process. You'll use your strong organizational skills and customer-first mindset to make sure each issue is handled efficiently while building trust and rapport with both customers and colleagues. This position isn't just about scheduling it's about being the friendly, reliable point of contact that keeps our help desk running at its best.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer IT service requests.
  • Coordinate IT support teams for efficient use of resources.
  • Process and dispatch service tickets quickly and accurately.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely, effective support.
  • Accurately record time, expenses, and service details.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Positive, customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic computer and IT knowledge.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
  • Technical aptitude to match resources to issues.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
