ACT Installer

A Team home Services is seeking a ACT Installer - Helper to join our team. The ACT Installer Helper assists the lead installer with the setup and installation of acoustical ceiling tile (ACT) and grid ceiling systems. Prior experience with T-bar grid systems and tile layout is required. This role is specifically for commercial contract work, team members may transition to residential if commercial contract work slows down.

Responsibilities

• Assist with layout and installation of ACT and suspended ceiling grid systems
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed
• Install hangers, grid framework, and acoustical tiles
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Follow instructions from the Installer Lead
• Use basic hand and power tools safely
• Follow company safety rules and procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience installing acoustical ceiling systems
• Ability to use tape measures, levels, drills, and hand tools
• Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• OSHA 10 Certification a plus (not required)

Pay Rate:

• $16.00-$22.00/hour
