Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure all tagging is accurate, privacy-compliant, and operationally sustainable.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to deploy advanced measurement solutions.

  • Surface insights proactively — highlighting risks, opportunities, and optimizations.
  • Translate complex analytics into clear narratives for marketing, operations, and executive leadership.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, and present actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with Paid Media, SEO, Email, Product, Operations, and Accounts to ensure analytics accelerates their performance.
  • Ensure visual reporting aligns with client-facing narrative and internal strategy.
  • Serve as the internal authority on measurement strategy, data quality, and insight design.

  • Exceptional data storytelling skills — able to turn insights into action.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence.

Nice to Have:

  • Multifamily, proptech, or multi-location analytics experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM, property data, and leasing KPIs.
