PAY & PERKS

Our heating and cooling company offers:

  • Competitive salary: $60,000 - $70,000 base with $10,000 - $70,000 bonus opportunity

This sales role offers a consistent schedule of 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Each day as a Sales Executive with our HVAC company, you focus on driving profitable growth by boosting gross profit month after month and year after year. You start your morning by reaching out to key customers, strengthening relationships, and searching for opportunities to expand service contracts and grow recurring business. Throughout the day, you collaborate closely with branch managers and operations teams to make sure your pricing, margin targets, and job flow are on track. You regularly track, report, and forecast sales metrics-always keeping your eye on the progress toward your revenue and gross profit goals.

What we need from you:

  • Proven track record of sales growth
  • Demonstrated success in increasing revenue or gross profit in a service-based or technical industry

The following qualifications are preferred:

  • Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to close
  • Experience developing service agreements, bids, or proposals in B2B or technical service environments
  • Strong understanding of margin management and pricing strategies to protect profitability
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas for multiple consecutive years
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve customer objections professionally
