We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Configuration Analyst (Facets Benefit Configuration & SQL Experience ) to join our client's team, one of the US's largest companies.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Healthcare Benefits Configuration Analyst (Facets) will serve as a Sr. Configuration Analyst within the Business Configuration Solutions team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and executing benefit configuration, capturing and documenting business requirements, providing data analysis, troubleshooting, and leading cross-functional meetings. The analyst will support Medicaid, Medicare, and Med/Surgical program implementations and act as a subject matter expert across multiple internal teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a subject matter expert representing the Configuration workstream for large Government Implementations for Medicaid, Med/Surgical, and Medicare programs.
  • Provide Data Analysis and troubleshooting expertise on Configuration tool sets with automated processes.
  • Prepare data for analysis by removing duplicates, errors, and outliers and perform data validation.
  • Build SQL queries to pull backend data based on configuration needs.
  • Serve as a Business Analyst, documenting requirements, process flows, and executing testing for toolset enhancements.
  • Self-manage and prioritize workload to meet SLAs and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Configuration leadership on system roadmap deliverables enhancing automation.
  • Conduct Fit/Gap Analysis and provide feedback on new client plans.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years'experience with Facets platform
  • Medical Plan Benefit Configuration
  • Provider Network & Agreement Configuration
  • Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid Programs
  • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
