Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm, has an excellent opportunity in its New York office for an experienced litigation attorney to work in Toxic Tort law practice group. A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in general liability is required (toxic tort law preferred).

The ideal candidate will have clerked or have been a member of law review and will have extensive deposition, motion and trial experience acting as a lead or second counsel. Excellent academic credentials with proven skills in writing, analysis and research are required.

Candidates must be licensed in New York, and admission in New Jersey is a plus.

GRSM offers competitive compensation and a full benefits package, including eligibility for subjective and objective business and student debt repayment assistance. We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including remote, hybrid and full-time opportunities.

The yearly salary range is between $100,000-$275,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
