You'll handle transactions with precision, assist customers with product inquiries, and contribute to an engaging store atmosphere. What you'll do

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
  • Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and drive sales.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos that excite customers.
  • Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and stocking shelves effectively.
  • Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and retail math.
  • Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries over the phone.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and support store operations.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail sales or as a cashier is highly desirable.
  • Supervising experience is a plus, showcasing your leadership abilities.
  • Bilingual skills are advantageous for serving a diverse customer base.
