At People Creating Success, we're looking for compassionate, caring, and patient Direct Support Professionals / Personal Attendants to support adults with developmental disabilities in living independent, empowered, and fulfilling lives.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide direct care and support in areas like daily living, social skills, and community participation.
  • Follow individual program plans and help people achieve their personal goals.

  • Assist with activities such as:

  • Cooking, cleaning, and light household tasks

  • Fun community events and hobbies
  • Healthy lifestyle choices and budget management
  • Medication reminders, hygiene, or mobility support (if needed)
  • Complete daily documentation and communicate with your team about progress and needs.
  • Be a reliable, positive, and encouraging presence in someone's life.
