Overview

We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for retail. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly.
• Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling protocols.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Communicate effectively with customers, utilizing phone etiquette when answering calls or inquiries.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills are essential for processing transactions and assisting customers with pricing questions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with both customers and team members.
• A willingness to learn about products and services offered in the store to better assist customers.
