Customer Contact Specialist

COIT Cleaning & Restoration – Louisville, KY

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

COIT Cleaning & Restoration Services is seeking a motivated, confident, and results-driven Inside Sales Outreach Representative to support our growth initiatives. This role focuses on outbound customer outreach, appointment setting, follow-up on prior inquiries, and reconnecting with past customers. The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, goal-oriented, and understands that outbound calling is about creating opportunity, not pressure.

This is a sales-focused role that requires professionalism, persistence, and strong communication skills. Paid, hands-on training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate interest and schedule appointments
  • Follow up on prior leads, estimates, marketing inquiries, and customer callbacks
  • Educate customers on COIT services, benefits, and current offers
  • Qualify customer needs and route opportunities to the appropriate team or schedule service directly
  • Maintain accurate call notes, lead status, and follow-up activity in company systems
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach and appointment-setting goals
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently
  • Work closely with the Inside Sales and Operations teams to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Represent the COIT brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Confident phone presence with a courteous and professional tone
  • Ability to handle objections and rejection constructively
  • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on results and accountability
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
  • Prior experience in outbound sales, inside sales, telemarketing, call center, or appointment setting preferred
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems, email, and CRM-style platforms
  • Ability to work flexible hours as business needs require
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
