Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    cross-functional scientific and technical teams
    through all project phases — initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop
    project plans
    ,
    budgets
    , and
    resource allocations
    .
  • Ensure
    on-time delivery
    and adherence to
    budget and scope
    .
  • Communicate effectively with
    executives and stakeholders
    through presentations and reports.
  • Manage and
    mitigate risks
    , proactively creating contingency plans.
  • Oversee
    financial aspects
    — capital expenditures and operational costs.
  • Apply
    PMBOK-based project management principles
    and continuous improvement strategies.

    across global or multi-site operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Engineering, Science, or a related field (MS/MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years
    managing complex projects or programs, ideally within the
    medical device or pharmaceutical industry
    .
  • At least
    3–4 years
    of direct
    project management experience
    .
  • Proficient with MS Project
    or equivalent scheduling software.
  • Strong
    leadership
    ,
    organizational
    , and
    financial management
    skills.
  • Excellent
    communication
    ,
    presentation
    , and
    interpersonal
    skills.
  • Understanding of
    GMP
    ,
    GLP
    , and
    product development process
    requirements.
  • PMP certification
    preferred.
  • EU MDR (Medical Device Regulation)
    experience is a plus.
