HOA Maintenance Supervisor and Technician

TPM, Inc. has been managing residential real estate since 1976. We are looking for a full time Maintenance Supervisor and Handyman for our HOA department. This supervisor is to the calls and emails from the different communities that TPM, Inc. manages and help coordinate the repairs. Examples of this would be coordinating with landscapers, roofers, subordinates, and other general contractors to ensure the needs of the communities are met in a timely manor.

Employees must have your own vehicle, but we do reimburse for gas.

Skills and Abilities we are looking for:

Customer service is key to your success. Most of the work that needs to be done at the varying HOA communities is exterior work and maintenance. Having a Pool Operator license would be a great bonus. Basic general contractor knowledge such as simple electrical work, plumbing, landscaping, and HVAC operations is required.

Maintenance Supervisor must be able to communicate properly with customers and co-workers. Will be required to perform physical labor (climb ladders, bend, stoop, and routinely lift over 50 pounds). Must be able to work inside and outside in all types of weather. Organization and the ability to do paperwork is a must.

Applicant should have at least 2 years experience in residential maintenance and repairs. You don't need to know every aspect of the wide field of maintenance as we are willing to do some training.

Technician must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass background check.
