Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and hospitality to guests - Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces - Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies - Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of waste - Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols - Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department - Assist with laundry services as needed Requirements: - Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred - Knowledge of custodial and housekeeping management practices - Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods of time Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
