What you will do?

As the Data Systems Specialist you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's data platforms and information systems. This role ensures system reliability, data accuracy, high performance, and secure data access across departments. The specialist supports data integration, reporting, troubleshooting, and system enhancements to enable effective decision-making and operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contributes to the development of database management policies and procedures for assigned areas per regulatory, contractual and legal standards, in accordance with enterprise guidelines.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand data needs.
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and automation of dashboards and reports.
  • Assures accurate and timely entry of data into defined database formats.
  • Assures compilation, storage and retrieval of pertinent data, working effectively with other departments.
  • Provides timely reporting of data, assuring distribution per established standards.
  • Maintain user access controls and ensure compliance with security protocols.

What you need:

To qualify for this position, you must meet one of the following criteria:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Database Management or related field plus 2 years of experience in database management OR equivalent education and experience. Experience with SQL and Qliksense preferred.
