Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
  • Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
  • Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to enhance guest comfort.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used efficiently and safely.
  • Provide exceptional hospitality by addressing guest requests promptly and courteously.
  • Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing in accordance with health regulations.

Experience

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is advantageous.
  • Experience in housekeeping management is desirable for candidates seeking advancement opportunities.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
