Job Description: As a Project Manager Assistant / Project Controls you will be required to identify clients' or stakeholders' project needs and goals, assist in creating a detailed plan to successfully complete a project and organizing and storing project reports and documents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables
  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects
  • Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
  • Analyzing data as required
  • Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices.
  • Tracking and reporting project progress
  • Assisting in development of Division 001 Deliverables
  • Working within RMS, Procore, Gadzoom
  • Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate and concise contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders
  • Assist in securing and reviews subcontractor submittals, verifying conformance to contract documents
  • Spots business development opportunities, performs follow-up calls on bids
  • Handles multiple projects simultaneously at various stages and locations, applying a strong knowledge of construction trades
  • Other duties as assigned.
