**Shift Leader** **Duties:** - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts - Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction - Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed - Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies - Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner - Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and profitability - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Perform opening or closing duties as required **Skills:** - Previous experience in a leadership role, such as Assistant Manager or Shift Supervisor, preferred - Strong knowledge of food handling and kitchen management procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Proficient in inventory control and ordering processes - Knowledge of bartending techniques is a plus We offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career advancement, and a positive work environment.
