Job DescriptionLeads an agile team for Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO) focused on delivering value for stakeholders. Provides insight and assists with planning on conversion strategy. Partners with stakeholders to understand current state, collaborate for future state, and solicit and incorporate feedback. Serves as the product expert and works effectively with technology, business lines, and other partners to evolve and optimize the platform. Manages the team backlog, epics, user stories, priorities, and roadmap. Leads backlog refinement to define acceptance criteria and create a shared understanding. Collaborates with Scrum Masters and Product Managers for dependencies and cross-team planning. Partners with the Senior Product Manager to understand and deliver the product vision and roadmap and communicate timelines. Executes acceptance tests and coordinates with stakeholders for user acceptance testing. Plans and performs readiness activities.

Location expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119, $140,900.00
