Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Product Manager Lead Engineer to guide the strategy, design, and delivery of key digital products. This role requires someone who understands both engineering and product leadership, can work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure digital initiatives support business goals. You will oversee end-to-end product lifecycles, influence technology decisions, and drive product performance, user experience, and overall delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of digital products from concept to delivery.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, business, and operations teams to align product direction with organizational goals.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Define KPIs, track performance metrics, and lead data-driven improvements.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and provide updates on progress, risks, and key milestones.
  • Prioritize product backlog and guide the engineering team to ensure efficient sprint execution.
  • Evaluate technology choices and contribute to architectural discussions to support product scalability and performance.
  • Mentor team members and foster a strong product and engineering culture.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in digital product management, software engineering, or related technical leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end product lifecycles in digital or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, cloud technologies, and modern engineering practices.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering teams and ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
  • Solid knowledge of agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and product delivery frameworks.
  • Experience defining KPIs and using analytics tools to measure product performance.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centered design and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
