Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven
Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our
on-site team in Culver City
and help elevate our clients' digital campaigns. The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our clients' brands and services. This role requires someone who is analytical, creative, and up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends. You will collaborate with designers, developers, and account managers to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and websites.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends and tools to continuously enhance campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Knowledge of web development basics (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
