Job Description

Currently hiring Laboratory Representatives for our in-office pathology departments. Looking for candidates that are motivated, personable, and have exceptional organizational skills. A Lab Rep's primary functions are answering calls from patients, taking care of patient and lab requests, answering questions and following up on any concerns. Reps oversee both inbound and outbound phone conversations with patients and ensure needs are quickly met. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving patient inquiries and keeping patient satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Communicate to patients in a concise, understandable, and respectful way.
  • Effectively communicate biopsy results to patients regarding cancer, pre-cancers, benign lesions, etc.
  • Identify patients' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide follow up.
  • Support our Mohs technicians by assisting with surgery note and microscope slide organization, logging temperatures, logging Mohs surgeries, and other Mohs related responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Call center/customer service/customer support
  • High school degree
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well on a team and as a leader
  • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel abilities
  • Detail-oriented, professional attitude, reliable
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

We have three different locations in Las Vegas and Henderson. Travel between locations will be required, especially during training.
