We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our mobile wound care team, delivering exceptional treatment to patients in their homes and select care facilities across the Everett area.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Deliver direct wound care services to patients in their homes and care facilities
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team
  • Provide telehealth visits as permitted by state regulations
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as clinically appropriate
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Travel locally to patient homes; occasional rounding in SNFs or rehab facilities

What You'll Bring

  • Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (FNP, APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) license
  • Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program
  • Preferred: 1+ year of experience in primary care, internal medicine, urgent care, or wound care
  • Bonus: ER, ICU, or other critical care experience
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and clinical judgment skills
  • Independent, organized, and compassionate

Schedule & Compensation

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours only
  • Compensation: $140,000–$175,000 annually (depending on experience)
  • Type: Full-time, salaried position with benefits after 60 days
