Valet Parking Supervisor – Smoke Chemistry Social Lounge (Arlington, TX)

Schedule: Fridays & Saturdays | 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Overview:

Smoke Chemistry Social Lounge, located across from AT&T Stadium, is seeking an experienced and dependable Valet Parking Supervisor to oversee valet operations during our peak weekend hours. This position ensures a smooth, safe, and upscale guest arrival experience while managing valet staff, maintaining order in the parking area, and upholding brand standards of professionalism, integrity, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead valet attendants during operating hours.
  • Ensure all vehicles are parked and retrieved safely and efficiently.
  • Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming first impression.
  • Coordinate traffic flow to prevent congestion and maintain a professional lot appearance.
  • Verify all valet team members adhere to company policies, dress code, and safety standards.
  • Maintain a visible presence throughout the shift to monitor performance and assist during busy periods.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections for visible damage before and after parking.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Secure and account for all keys, tickets, and parking logs at the end of shift.
  • Communicate with management regarding staffing, incidents, and guest feedback.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
  • Must pass a background check and be willing to undergo random drug testing.
  • Prior experience in valet operations, parking management, or hospitality supervision preferred.
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • Must demonstrate leadership, reliability, and integrity at all times.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to stand and move for the duration of the shift and work in varying weather conditions.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay (higher than standard valet rate) + tips.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 per week
