*Basic Job Functions:*
The Internal Auditor position will be based in the Cincinnati DJJ corporate office. The functions of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Performing the internal audit function for Nucor, which is heavily focused on evaluating and auditing Nucor's internal controls over financial reporting and compliance with Nucor policies
  • Performing audits of areas such as inventories, revenue recognition, accounting procedures, capital expenditures, accruals, etc.
  • The successful candidate should be open to relocation for future growth opportunities
  • This position includes travel, up to 30% of the time

*Minimum Qualifications:*

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

*Preferred Qualifications:*

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
  • Prior audit experience with a national public accounting firm
  • No more than 2 years of experience in an internal audit role or relevant accounting experience
