Chris Collins Inc., the leader in automotive and truck service coach, and systems, which is the driving force behind the Service Drive Revolution. We're looking for elite service professionals to join our team of traveling performance coaches. 

What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor Performance Coach, you'll partner with owners, general managers, service directors, and front-line staff to:

  • Audit operations and identify profit leaks

  • Train advisors in real-world selling strategies

  • Coach managers in leadership, accountability, KPI mastery, and execution

  • Help teams transform not just numbers—but culture

You'll be on-site with dealerships across the U.S. and Canada, delivering hands-on coaching and tactical implementation. It's not consulting from a PowerPoint—it's in-the-trenches transformation. 

Note: There is a component of coaching that is a virtual coaching plus you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with dealerships in person.

This Role Is Not for Everyone.

  • You will travel— up to 3 weeks per month
  • You must thrive in unfamiliar environments 
  • You must be a self-starter who can command a room, earn trust, and drive change fast
  • You cannot rely on theory—you must bring real-world, documented service management success
  • No prior coaching experience needed—just a strong track record and a willingness to coach
You Might Be a Fit If You Have:

  • 3+ years of Service Advisor experience with driving big results. 

  • Proven results in customer satisfaction, profitability, and team engagement. 

  • Passion for teaching others what you've mastered

  • Excellent communication skills—comfortable leading training and working with all personality types

  • A flexible schedule and hunger for travel and impact

  • Public speaking or training experience

  • Not only having automotive dealer experience, but commercial truck dealer experience.
