CBTS is searching for a
strategic and hands-on IT Director
to lead our technology vision and operations. This is a
management-focused role
with direct oversight of infrastructure, applications, and project delivery teams. You'll drive innovation, ensure uptime across our hybrid cloud/on-prem environments, and lead cybersecurity initiatives in a regulated logistics setting.

What You'll Do

  • Define, create and execute IT strategy, vision, and road mapping
  • Lead a team of 15–20, including 3 direct reports (Application Manager, Infrastructure Manager, Project Manager)
  • Oversee implementation of
    Blue Yonder WMS on Microsoft Azure
  • Ensure
    24x7x365 high availability
    across hybrid cloud and on-prem infrastructure
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Lead cybersecurity strategy, policies, and partnerships (SOC, MDR, patching, monitoring)
  • Support SD-WAN connectivity across all national sites
  • Align IT operations with
    FDA regulations
    and
    ISO standards
  • Prepare the organization for
    ISO 27001 certification

What We're Looking For

  • Proven IT leadership in
    regulated industries
    (pharma, logistics preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with
    Azure hybrid cloud
    ,
    network infrastructure
    , and
    security
  • Familiarity with
    Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
    – Blue Yonder a plus
  • Strong vendor management and team leadership skills
  • Experience with
    high availability
    ,
    distributed environments
    , and
    resiliency
  • Cybersecurity expertise and comfort implementing policies and working with external partners
