Job Summary

Seeking a highly experienced and strategic
Portfolio Product Manager – Enterprise Platforms
to join our client's team
.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the
transition from a project-based to a product-centric operating model
across the
Enterprise Platforms & Enablement (EPE)
portfolio. You will champion the "
platform as a product
" approach for critical infrastructure and engineering platforms, including
Network, Cloud, DevSecOps, and Observability
.

This position requires a deep IT infrastructure background and the ability to translate complex business and technology needs into actionable product roadmaps across multiple
Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a strategic thinker, and a proven leader who thrives in a scaled agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Vision & Strategy:
    Define and communicate a clear product vision and long-term roadmap aligned with enterprise and customer goals.
  • Prioritization & Delivery:
    Lead backlog prioritization across multiple platform products, ensuring focus on initiatives delivering the highest business value.
  • Stakeholder & Team Alignment:
    Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and senior business leaders to ensure alignment on priorities and value delivery.
  • Agile/SAFe Leadership:
    Champion Agile and
    Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
    principles, supporting synchronization and alignment across Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
  • Performance Measurement:
    Define and monitor key performance metrics to assess product value, track outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Thought Leadership:
    Promote best practices in product management and mentor Product Owners and platform teams.

Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 11–14 years
    of relevant Product Management experience, with demonstrated leadership in managing product portfolios and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong background in
    IT infrastructure
    with expertise in
    Network, Cloud, DevSecOps, Quality Management, and IT Operations
    .
  • Proven experience with
    Agile methodologies
    ;
    SAFe certification
    or experience preferred.
  • Exceptional
    leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
    skills.
  • Strong
    analytical and problem-solving abilities
    , with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Align, FigJam,
    and
    AgilityHealth
    (or equivalent tools).
  • Bachelor's degree
    in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
