Entry Level Case Manager

We are a growing and dynamic personal injury law firm seeking a full-time Entry Level Case Manager to join our team. This hybrid role supports both our Pre-Litigation and Litigation Departments and also functions as a backup receptionist, working at the front desk of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Take and deliver accurate messages
  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Provide basic information to callers (e.g., directions, office hours)
  • Sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail
  • Coordinate outgoing and incoming FedEx/UPS shipments
  • Manage calendars for attorneys and staff, including appointments, depositions, and meetings
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, faxing, mailing, and filing
  • Maintain the organization and appearance of the front desk and lobby
  • Support legal assistants and paralegals with overflow administrative tasks
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the firm's operations

Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of experience as a legal receptionist or case assistant—personal injury experience preferred; no exceptions
  • Professional, positive, and composed demeanor, especially when interacting with difficult or distressed clients
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Willingness and ability to learn case management software
  • Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
