Our team is passionate about hospitality and delivering a smooth, memorable guest experience- whether it's for a quick lunch or a large private event.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a full-time, hourly Bar Lead & Bartender to help drive the guest experience at our main indoor bar - a central hub of the restaurant with huge potential to grow regular business and build guest loyalty. This role comes with a higher hourly rate than standard bartender positions, reflecting its elevated responsibility and visibility.

You'll take the lead behind the bar during service, help shape the guest experience, and work to increase bar traffic, encourage repeat visits, and elevate the overall bar atmosphere. You'll also support inventory, ordering, and mentor other bartenders as needed.

This is a hands-on leadership role with real potential for growth. Strong performance and initiative can lead to advancement opportunities, including future management consideration.

What You'll Do
  • Lead service and guest experience behind the main indoor bar
  • Serve high-quality cocktails efficiently, consistently, and with personality
  • Help grow the bar's presence by creating a welcoming, memorable bar atmosphere
  • Build relationships with guests and encourage repeat business and bar loyalty
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift
  • Assist with weekly inventory, ordering, and product rotation
  • Help train and support newer bartenders and ensure servers have key knowledge about drink details/pairings
  • Collaborate with FOH and floor leads to support overall service flow
  • Set the tone and pace for a smooth, upbeat bar operation

  • Calm under pressure and confident during busy shifts
  • Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
