A Hotwire Director is a key member of the management team that has three core areas of responsibility: client management, leading teams and contributing to agency success. They own and manage a portfolio of clients from relationship management to strategy development and vision with an eye towards revenue and profitability targets. Directors are also expected to contribute to agency initiatives, such as marketing, business development, new product/service development, as a member of the extended manageme

Compensation Range: $98,000 - $137,000, depending on level

of experience

The range listed is just one component of Hotwire's total compensation package for employees, which includes bonus opportunities and a variety of benefits mentioned above. Hotwire takes into consideration a candidate's education, training, and experience, as well as the position's work location, expected work to be performed, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees.
