Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Call Center Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional customer service within a medical environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage call center operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a background in medical terminology and have experience in a call center or medical office setting.

Duties

  • Supervise daily operations of the call center, ensuring high-quality customer service is delivered consistently.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate call center staff to enhance their performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, data entry, and other relevant information to support operational analysis.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor call metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and company standards in all communications.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a medical office or call center environment is essential.
  • Strong computer skills, including data entry capabilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical skills to assess performance metrics and implement improvements.
